If you have recently changed your company name, address or bank details, please email your dedicated customer service team and provide us with your account number and your updated information.

If you are a limited company and have changed your company name, please provide a copy of the certificate of company name change from Companies House.

Please note, all requests must come from a named contact with the correct level of authorisation on the account
