Complete Care provides 24/7/365 support to your account to ensure we’ll be there to help you whenever you experience issues with your broadband. Complete Care has a monthly fee of £5.00 ex VAT per broadband connection.

If you report a fault and our diagnostic checks identify your Daisy-supplied Technicolor router as being faulty, we will issue you a new router free of charge with free next business day delivery where possible.

This does not cover accidental damage such as water damage.

If you would like to remove Complete Care, and default to our standard in-house support, please speak to your dedicated customer service team. Their contact details can be found on My Account or at the top of your invoice.

If you choose to remove Complete Care, any future out of warranty router replacements will be chargeable.

Please note we are unable to refund any charges incurred before opting out.
