If your Daisy Rapid Connectivity is unable to connect to the internet, please follow the below troubleshooting steps.
Restart the router and modem
Unplug both the router and modem, then wait 30 seconds. Plug the modem back in first, then the router.
If frequent restarts are necessary, please contact us.
Check for physical connectivity issues
Ensure all your network cables, modem, router connections and aerials are secure. Inspect the router for all LED indicators and possibly replace Ethernet cables.
Check Network Service
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) may block service/s for non-payment or terms violations.
Contact your ISP if you suspect your account is suspended. Also check for mobile network
coverage issues and/or outages if using a 4G/5G connection.
Check coverage
Ensure all LED Indicators and lights are secure and functioning.
Reboot the computer
Restart your computer to clear cache and apply new settings.
Check Wireless Signal Range (Wi-Fi Lite Version)
Wi-Fi performance decreases with distance from the router. Use Wi-Fi extenders or Ethernet cables to improve connectivity.
Check the Wi-Fi Adapter (Wi-Fi Lite Version)
Ensure the Wi-Fi adapter settings match your network mode in device manager.
Forget Wi-Fi Network (Wi-Fi Lite Version)
Forget and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network if settings have changed.
