Your Daisy bill
Updated over a month ago

To view your Daisy bill, simply follow our guide here on how to download your bill through MyAccount.

Invoice Overview

The first page of your invoice summarises your bill.

💡 Note: Your first Daisy bill might be higher than expected. To understand why, please refer to our article on pro-rata invoicing here.

The ‘Calls‘ section lists the types of call made, including texts and mobile data, and any associated costs. Any calls, texts, data usage etc. covered by a call package will not show here.

The ‘Services‘ section lists the different types of services you are being billed for, and the associated costs. This can include monthly recurring charges and one-off charges.

The next section shows the total amount for this bill. It will also show the total amount for your last bill, and the amount of any payments made towards this. The final amount shown is the amount due on your account.

Telephone Summary

This page of your invoice shows a breakdown of the calls made by each CLI, in terms of cost and destination. If you have both landline and mobile services with Daisy, the charges will be listed separately.

The tables allow you to see the total spent of different types of calls, such as international or mobile. The ‘Total Services‘ column summarises the total cost for the line and all associated items, such as broadband, call packages and select services.

If you have a call package, the ‘Standard Free Minutes‘ section will show how much you have saved in call costs.

Service Summary

This page summarises your cost for each service, such as line rental, broadband, mobile tariffs etc. It will also show any one-off charges, such as engineer visits, broadband overusage charges or mobile data top ups.

Most services are billed monthly, although some are billed either quarterly or yearly. The ‘Unit Cost’ is the rate you have been charged at per month. If you have recently placed a new order with Daisy, or changed tariff, your invoice may show that you have been billed ‘1 month + 1 part month’. This is known as pro-rata billing.
