If you’re looking to move your line to a new address; depending on the location, you may need to change your number. The standard lead time to move a line and broadband is 10 working days, so please ensure you provide us with as much notice as possible to avoid any delays.

If you are unable to retain your number, there are services available to refer your customers to your new number. These include:

Caller redirect

Play a pre-recorded message advising callers of your new number. This service is charged at a rate of £18.50 ex VAT per quarter and has a minimum term of 3 months.

Remote call forwarding

Divert calls to your new number for a seamless experience for your customers calling your old number. This service has a £45 ex VAT set up charge, an ongoing monthly rental of £18.50 ex VAT, plus the cost of the existing number’s line rental as well as the cost of the diverted calls – depending on your line type this may also include an additional set up fees.

Geographic inbound number

Port your existing number to a cloud based inbound number which can be routed to a number of your choice. This is a flexible solution for long term call routing and has a range of tariffs/solutions available with access to a self managed portal for quick routing changes.
