When will my mobile handset arrive?

Mobile handsets are dispatched for delivery by DPD, on a tracked, signed for service, within 24 hours of your order being placed.

This is dependent on stock availability. If your chosen handset is not in stock, please see below.

You will receive a text or email from DPD to confirm an estimated time of arrival on the day of your delivery. You will also have a DPD reference to allow you to track your order. You can also contact your Customer Service team should you need to confirm these details.


Changing your delivery date

Once your handset has been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery date. However, you may be able to request the change with DPD directly. Please refer to your tracking text or email from DPD for further details.


Changing your delivery address

You can request your handset is sent to an address other than your billing address, where needed. In some circumstances this request may be declined, for example if potential fraud is suspected.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact your customer service team as soon as possible. Once your handset has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

If the delivery fails and the handset is returned to our warehouse by DPD, we may then be able to resend the handset to your updated address.


Out of stock handsets

If your chosen handset is currently out of stock, our dispatch team will work to get it to you as soon as possible. Once it is back in stock, it will be dispatched within 24 hours.

You will receive regular emails updating you on the status of your order. Your account will only be charged for your handset once it has been dispatched.


Missed delivery

If DPD haven’t been able to deliver your handset, they will attempt to re-deliver the next working day. After this, they will make 2 further delivery attempts before the handset is returned to us. All handsets must be signed for and cannot be left in a safe place.

DPD will update you via text or email after a failed delivery attempt, with more information. You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your text or email.
