Order a new SIM card

If you need to order a new SIM card for an existing connection, you can do this through our My Account portal.

The SIM card must be activated against an existing Daisy mobile number. If you want to add a new connection, please speak to your customer service team.

Click here to see how to order a new SIM card.

If your SIM card has been lost or stolen, please follow our separate guide here.

Activate my SIM card

If you are new to Daisy, or have ordered a replacement SIM card, you may need to activate it before it can be used.

You can do this through our My Account portal. Click here to see how.

SIM cards can take up to 24 hours to become active. This is a Network timescale and is out of Daisy's control.

If your activation is taking longer than expected, please try rebooting your handset.

PUK Codes

Your phone can become blocked if you enter the wrong SIM card pin number three times in a row. If this happens you won’t be able to make and receive calls or texts. To unblock your SIM, you will need a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code.

PUK codes are different from PAC codes. PAC codes are used when you want to keep your mobile number when switching providers.

You can find your PUK code on the My Account portal. Click here to see how.
