Set up a Direct Debit
If you are wishing to set up a Direct Debit, you can either do this yourself on My Account, or by contacting our Credit Control team, who will arrange this for you, providing you have your bank details to hand. The credit control team can be reached on 0345 458 6310.
How long does it take to set up my Direct Debit?
Once we have taken the required information, setting up the Direct Debit can take 3-5 working days. Once the Direct Debit has been set up, payments cannot be taken for a further 10 days so if there is an outstanding amount on your account, we advise clearing this with a one-off payment while the Direct Debit is being set up.
When will my Direct Debit be taken from My Account?
Your direct debit will be taken around 14 days after your invoice date, which is stated at the top of your invoice.
Can I change my Direct Debit collection date?
Unfortunately we are unable to change the date the direct debit comes out of your account.
